  • Parent Alone assessment

Your first 60-minute visit consists of:

  • F/U on lab results

  • Go over Tx plan and expectations

  • Counseling

Your maintenance 60-minute visit consists of:

  • F/U Tx plan or lab

  • Make changes or reinforce

  • Counseling
